Learn about some of the hardest working pollinators in your garden and find out what their favorite plants are in our latest blog post!
Bloodgood Japanese Maple Espalier
These Bloodgood Japanese Maple Espaliers are a stunning way to create a living screen in your garden. Acer palmatum 'Bloodgood' has attractive burgundy-red foliage that turns brilliant scarlet in fall, and its red-black bark provides striking winter interest. It is one of the hardiest Japanese maples with good sun tolerance. Check out our full Japanese maple list here!
Hydrangeas!
Our hydrangeas are starting to bloom, and it’s a sight to see! For certain varieties (like Hydrangea macrophylla), the flower color relies on the availability of aluminum in the soil, which is dictated by soil pH. There are over 70 recognized species, including shrubs, small trees, and climbing vines.
